Shipping & Return
Shipping charge will be calculated once you have added the desired item(s) to the shopping cart and have filled in your shipping information. Shipping will vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and delivery destination. If ground shipping is not available to your address, we will contact you to adjust freight cost after you have placed your order.
Canada: Your order will be shipped via Canada Post. The order will be processed within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. Delivery time to major urban centers is generally between 2 to 7 business days (exceptions apply).
United States: Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on the time of the year. The order will be processed within 7 business days. A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you a few days after the order has been processed. Since we consolidate orders going to the U.S., some orders will not be assigned a UPS tracking number until after they have arrived on the U.S. side of the border. Delivery time to major urban centers is generally between 4 to 10 business days (exceptions apply).
We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and most orders will be sent sooner than the above stated time frame. Note that items occasionally take longer to process than the above stated delay. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you promptly to let you know the approximate date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied once you have received your order, you may return any unused items at your own expense for a full refund of the original purchase price minus shipping. You will need to contact us via email at email@example.com for a return authorization number and provide a copy of the invoice. Item(s) must be returned before 45 days from purchase date.
