Are replacement parts available for Faber Snowshoes?

Yes, replacement parts for all Faber Snowshoes models are available. Please our customer service team or visit our Accessories & parts page.

What is the repair procedure?

If your snowshoes are accidentally damaged or that they are no longer covered by warranty, Faber offers to supply you with the proper parts to fix the problem. In the event that the part can’t be easily replaced by the customer, we offer to perform the repair at a reasonable price.

During the warranty period, Faber will repair or replace, at no charge, snowshoes or parts that prove defective, because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

You must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you before sending the snowshoes for repair.

Choosing the right size of snowshoes depends on your weight, the gear you carry, and the snow conditions. Refer to our sizing chart on our product page, our buying guide or consult with our customer service team to ensure you select the perfect fit for your snowshoeing adventure.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What are the shipping charges & policies?
SHIPPING CHARGE

Shipping charge will be calculated once you have added the desired item(s) to the shopping cart and have filled in your shipping information. Shipping will vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and delivery destination. If ground shipping is not available to your address, we will contact you to adjust freight cost after you have placed your order.

SHIPPING POLICIES
  • Canada: Orders over $160 qualify for free shipping. Exclusions apply - eg. overweight package. 
  • United States: Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. Exclusions apply - eg. overweight package. 

Canada: Your order will be shipped via Canada Post. The order will be processed within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. Delivery time to major urban centers is generally between 2 to 7 business days (exceptions apply).

United States: Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on the time of the year. The order will be processed within 5 business days. A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you a few days after the order has been processed. Delivery time to major urban centers is generally between 4 to 10 business days (exceptions apply).

We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and most orders will be sent sooner than the above-stated time frame. Note that items occasionally take longer to process than the above-stated delay. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you promptly to let you know the approximate date of delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only offer delivery in Canada and the United States via our transactional site. However, if you wish to make a purchase outside this zone, it is possible to place an order directly with our customer service team. They will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied once you have received your order, you may return any unused items at your own expense for a full refund of the original purchase price minus shipping. You will need to contact us via email at info@fabersnowshoes.com for a return authorization number and provide a copy of the invoice. Item(s) must be returned before 45 days from purchase date.
